Lost your way?

What did we ever do without Mapquest? I mean, really. I don't know how I ever found anything. In a couple of years, I am sure that is how I will feel about navigation systems. Although, as it keeps getting easier to find places, I have to wonder what kind of excuses I will be able to get away with for being late...

Rhia Jean said...: Maigen, I would like to bear my testimony to you of Google Maps. I used to be anti-google, but they somehow sucked me in with their amazing features and search engines. If you don't believe me, watch the SNL skit of Andy Samburg (sp?) and Chris Parnell, The Chronicles of Narnia. I quote, "Google Maps is the best. True dat. Double true!" I mean, who can argue with Andy and Chris? Okay, some people can, and they will win, but I'm just saying. Pet peeves

The expression "kick (my, your, his, her) trash." You've probably NEVER heard that if you aren't mo. It's akin to "kick (my, your, his, her) butt."
Songs that tell a story (esp. ones that start and end with the same sentence, usually of the country genre)
the phrase "as per usual"
that Nicholas Cage Still has a career, should have ended after "Raising Arizona"
the question "what can I do you for?"
the glare of the sun off cars in mid-day
tights with open-toed shoes
cell phones in public
mis-uses of the words 'there,' 'their,' 'they're' (and similar grammatical errors)
